Kick Back and Green Your Laundry Laundry got you down? Stop doing laundry for good! Let Robynne and her green laundry service take care of it all for you using non toxic detergents, chlorine free bleach alternatives, and dryer sheets that biodegrade in only 21 days. Would you like your laundry picked up on a weekly or a bi-monthly basis? Choose a Saturday or Sunday pickup. A friendly ecoconscious person will pick up your laundry between 9 and 11 am, then wash and fold your laundry, and return it by 6 pm on that day, no re-folding, we promise. We provide ecofriendly laundry bags in advance and hanging services are available. We offer several different service packages to meet your laundry needs from 1-5 loads done bi-monthly to 10 loads done weekly. We asked Robynne about her commitment to greening and the community. Here’s what she had to say: “We are committed to environmental responsibility. We understand greening is a gradual process spread through awareness. We do our best to implement as many green processes as possible while maintaining affordable service for our customers. We use only environmentally friendly cleaners and fabric softeners, offer alternative hangers, and offer only local delivery to minimize carbon emissions emitted by gasoline powered engines. We conserve water by washing only full loads. Our greening goals are continually growing. We hope the small efforts we make will help and spread awareness, contribute to the evolution of eco-commerce, and help make green alternatives affordable and available to everyone. We are committed to stimulating the local economy and supporting other small businesses in the community. We process all laundry at small neighborhood laundromats.” We also offer great paying part time employment to local college students.
