The Cole Hardware Rewards program is our way of giving back to those of you who come see us frequently.

The benefits of membership are countless! But let’s count them anyway:

• Membership is free!
• New members receive a 5% instant discount on their first purchase of discountable merchandise.
• New members receive a coupon good for $5 off their next purchase of $25 or more.
• Rewards members get lowered prices on a large selection of rotating items.
• Get sale specials for Rewards members only.
• Access to members-only events, happy hours, promotions, and sales.
• Special coupons for Rewards members only.
• Rewards members receive the equivalent of 2% cashback on all purchases according to the following schedule:
  • Receive 1 point for every $1 spent.
  • Five hundred points convert to a $10 coupon.
  • Points are converted monthly and roll over continuously. For example, if a customer reaches 542 points in July, they will receive a $10 coupon good towards any purchase, with 42 points continuing into August.
  • Neither points nor dollars ever expire.
• Look out for occasional cool and useful gifts and other surprises!
• All Member transactions are recorded in their account, meaning you’ll never need a receipt to make a return, and past purchases can be looked up. (“What size did I need the last time?”)
• And the best birthday discount in town! On your birthday, enjoy a percent discount equal to half of your age. Turn 30, get 15% off! Turn 50, get 25% off! Fractions have never been so fun!

And just a few restrictions:

• Member discounts apply to regular-priced merchandise only and can’t be combined with other discounts, sales, or coupons.
• Member discounts do not apply to gift cards, postage stamps, Muni passes, Clipper cards, meter cards, Nest products, special orders, or recycling fees.
• Discounts are available in-store only and not on acehardware.com, benjaminmooore.com, stihl.com, or any other online or partner location.
• Birthday discounts are limited to $100 maximum savings.

And finally some logistical notes:

• To make it work, we need your contact information. We never, ever, ever (add as many “‘evers” as you like here) sell or share your contact information with any outside entity.
• Your phone number is your membership number. You don’t need to carry any cards or key fobs or download another app. Just give your phone number to your cashier at checkout.
• While providing your email address is optional, email is the primary way we communicate with members. Most discounts, coupons, and sale notifications will be distributed through email.
